This 14” tuneable bodhrán by Paraic McNeela produces a rich, deep tone and is not intrusive when playing in sessions. These bodhráns are strongly recommended for intermediate players who don't want to take over the show. Instead, it produces a beautiful soft tone that can't but sound great and bring the session together. The four and a half inch, handcrafted rim has an added layer of wood to provide extra strength while tuning, and a T-bar and arm cut-out for even more playing comfort. The T-bar is removable if preferred. Paraic's trademark tuning system, which has evolved enormously in the past fifteen years, provides unbeatable (pardon the pun!) tone control and flexible volume, making it perfect for every playing situation.
